I am pleased to share with you an overview of my professional journey, which began when I assumed the role of Regional Manager for foreign companies. I was entrusted with an absolute general agency, not merely a formal employment designation, enabling me to represent these companies as a strategic partner rather than a conventional employee.
Through this role, we achieved exceptional success thanks to the fruitful collaboration and the unwavering efforts of my professional team, who were an integral part of these accomplishments. Our goal has always been to achieve excellence and distinction in all our endeavors.

Ebnos Contracting Company
In 1996, I established Al-EBNOS General Trading and Contracting Company, specializing in construction and architectural projects. The company excelled in building schools, government, and service facilities, while also engaging in diverse commercial sectors, contributing to infrastructure development and community support until ceasing operations in 2023 due to regime collapse.

In 2005, I resumed my career and was appointed as the Regional Manager for the British company GTM. Through continuous efforts and the exceptional expertise of our engineering team, we achieved remarkable success and high-quality project execution, enhancing our reputation and expertise in the business world.

In November 2017, I assumed the position of Regional Manager for NAPESCO International Petroleum Services, a Kuwaiti company specializing in oil well maintenance and related services. The company’s expertise extends to supporting oil well drilling operations and ensuring high-quality maintenance solutions.
SKS GROUP CO.W.L.L
In February 2019, I assumed the position of Regional Manager for SKS GROUP CO.W.L.L, a renowned Kuwaiti company with branches across the Middle East, Europe, and India. The company specializes in large-scale strategic projects, including airport construction, skyscrapers, and major hospitals.
Gravity Emaar Company
In April 2019, I was appointed Regional Manager for Gravity Emaar Contracting Company, a distinguished Kuwaiti firm known for its exceptional achievements. The company partners with leading global brands and specializes in various fields, including construction, trade, and petroleum services.
US & GULF ENERGY GRUP
In June 2019, I assumed the position of Regional Manager for US & Gulf Energy Group, a company specializing in energy projects, particularly in the electrical sector. The company excels in installing power plants, clean energy generation, and holds agencies from General Electric and Siemens.
W&M Services company
I received an official appointment as Regional Manager for W&M Services, a company specializing in logistical support. The company also offers tailored solutions to ministries, including high-quality border surveillance systems, and fulfills the requirements of Defense, Interior, and Civil Defense ministries.

At the beginning of 2024, specifically in February, I made a strategic decision to establish a group of companies under my name. This decision stemmed from the significant successes we achieved in our professional journey and the challenges faced, where similar accomplishments were attributed to the companies I represented. This motivated me to create one of the largest groups, consisting of five companies specializing in various fields.
After thorough consultations with experts, I decided to register the group as a foreign entity in the United Kingdom, given its leading investment environment. In March 2024, all the required official documents were submitted for the registration process.
I am pleased to announce the successful registration of the group in November 2024. The group is now officially registered in the United Kingdom, the British Chamber of Commerce, and the Companies Registry. The headquarters was established in the vibrant and innovative city of London.
